Return & Refund policy

Our Return Policy

When you receive your product, and if the product is not as it should be, or is defective, you have 14 days to make a RMA request to us.

We process RMA requests personally, and we will inform you if you are entitled to a replacement product.

As a general rule, we will replace the product with a new one if the product is proven to be defective.

Please note that we do not refund defects caused by incorrect installation or use, please also read our warranty policy.

We also might ask photos or videos, at evidence when handling your rma request.
