Since we work with several suppliers and it is recommended to create a digital order processing, we use your email address and address when you register for shipment tracking and order information. All shipping information is stored in your customer account.

Real-time information from the factory and suppliers, you can see the availability of the product you want immediately.
Order process:
Shopping is safe, simple and secure with us. Just create a customer account with us and pay for your purchase via the Shopify payment service, we will manage the payments to the supplier or factory. The order process can take 2-5 business days. Usually we will receive your unique shipment tracking code, which you can easily track via the link in the menu of our website.
Order delivery:
We use several suppliers and factories around the world, which is why the delivery time can be 2-3 weeks until your order reaches your destination. The delivery time to Finland is 2–2.5 weeks when you have a unique tracking number. Don't worry, we always ship with tracking, so you know where your shipment is.
Products shipped from Mäntsälä, such as our self-built Harrasteputiikki computers, are delivered faster. Once we have received your payment, we will generally deliver the computer to you within 5-6 business days. Weekends and possible holidays may also affect delivery speeds for orders from abroad.
Please note! If the product does not state that it is shipped from Mäntsälä, Finland, then by default all products are direct delivery products from our partners!.
Packaging:
Some products may be shipped in bulk or in foam packaging, and some products in retail packaging. This depends on the sender, supplier or factory of the product. The product is always 100% new and unused until otherwise stated.
Customs and Tax Obligations:
In some cases, you may be required to clear customs before collecting your shipment. We recommend that you check your country's customs fees.
We always send an invoice for your order, and the invoice will help you easily determine your customs obligations. Thank you for your understanding.
